Deposit Conditions

Declined or Failed Deposits

If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, 555win is not responsible for any fees charged by that provider. Funds that are declined are not credited to your account and are returned via the original payment method according to the provider's own timelines. If you believe a deposit has been deducted from your payment account but not credited to your 555win balance, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. 555win does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals — the PKR amount you request is the amount processed to your payment method, subject to any minimum or maximum limits in place.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.

Processing Times

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are set by the game provider and independently verified. 555win does not interfere with game outcomes.

Sports Betting

• Bets placed after a market has closed will be voided and your stake returned.

Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a verified software malfunction during a game session, 555win reserves the right to void the round affected and return the stake to your account. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be paid. If you encounter a technical issue during gameplay, stop playing and contact support immediately with the game name, time and a description of what occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555win platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, where appropriate, permanent closure with forfeiture of balance.

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
• Opening more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained this way will be voided.

Closure by 555win

555win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or financial crime.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Account activity that suggests the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial misconduct.

Where an account is closed by 555win due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 555win will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 555win shall not be liable for:

555win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
